If your delivered item is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, you must report it within 30 minutes of delivery.
Please provide photo/video proof via WhatsApp or Messenger at the time of delivery or immediately after.
Returns are only accepted during delivery. Once you accept the product, it is considered final due to the perishable nature of seafood.
For courier deliveries outside Dhaka, we do not offer returns, but we may provide a partial refund or store credit if the issue is valid and reported immediately with proper proof.
